Structural contract...

After two days of heavy snow, which delayed our March 7th deadline, Chris and I signed off on our structural contract yesterday (Sunday).

Our house will be a 3 bed, 2 bath ranch with a 2-car garage, and ours will also have a basement.  Among our many options, our house will have a bay area in the dining room, vaulted ceilings in the family room/dining room/kitchen, and an island in the kitchen.

We have 30 days to make all of the interior design choices (flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, etc.), so I will be headed back down to Ohio tomorrow so I can start narrowing down our options.  Chris is very busy with his transplant rotation at the U, so I will be taking many, many pictures to send him via e-mail!
